Quincy has been dedicated to fitness for more than 40 years. Initially he was interested in improving his own overall body composition. Eventually his interest evolved into competitive bodybuilding. After competing for 4 to 5 years, he went on to manage a small fitness center, “The Body Shop” in Randleman, NC for 5 years.  Afterwards he went on to open and manage his own fitness center “Elite Fitness Center” in Greensboro, NC for 20 Years.
